I typically recommend using SanDisk brand, but many other brands should work fine.
You don't really say what CFFA card you are using, but if it is the CFFA3000 you probably want to find yourself a 1 or 2 GB card to store disk images onto.
If you are using Gen 1 or 2 CFFA card then a 128MB card is probably the largest you would ever need.
In general, the CFFA3000 is very compatible with most CF cards, and the older CFFA cards are a little more particular. If you have one of these, go with SanDisk.
NOTE: if you have a 1st Gen 1.x card, there was a 3 wire rework, that I do for free if you send your board back to me. This fix is mainly lets those old card work with more CF card brands.
