CFFA and CP/M

I want to make a bootable CP/M image on my CFFA3000 card. I currently can boot to CP/M from slot 5 using PRODOS as a shell (I think)? Slot 5 has an old SCSI HD20SC drive. I have a CP/M gold card in slot 4. I want to run CP/M and have access to more than just three drives including the Disk ][ emulation drives on the USB port. I have a PCPI Applicard (in another apple platinum) but I can't get it to boot from the image nor even the floppy. Is their a PRODOS image that gives me access to CP/M for any CP/M card?
