USB bug squashed, on to the switches

Postby david__schmidt » Mon Aug 29, 2011 8:45 am

There has been only one real issue with the USB stack this entire time - one of data corruption that I never personally saw, but Dave the Firmware Guy was able to reliably reproduce. Teaming up with the USB library developers, they found and corrected the problem - so now we're all banging away at our USB drives, making sure that's the only problem out there. That's why there's beta tests. :-)

I took the team on a tiny little diversion for a couple of days for a little project I have up my sleeve, but now the "last" thing to focus on are the little outboard disk-switch buttons. Oh, and of course the other bugs the beta testers come up with. :-)

Hey David, thanks so very much for continuing to work on this project.
Your sense of humor is an asset too! Mainly just want to say thanks.

Work? This is nothing whatsoever like work. But I know what you mean. :-)

Hey, you're welcome. My wife claims that was why she agreed to marry me, but we all know it was really because of my enormous earning potential from playing with old computers.
