Write protect

Is there any way to write protect a disk either on a CF or USB ? Could not find any reference in the 1.3 manual.

For raw CF card images there is no way to do it.
If you are using a disk images you can lock the image file itself using a Mac or PC.

On a Mac you can "get info" in the finder and check the "locked" checkbox.
On a PC right click the file, select properties, and check the Read-only checkbox and select "OK".

The CFFA3000 should honor this read only aspect of the file.

Thanks, Rich. I'll try the PC lock with Wizardry.
