Backing up a disk

Postby StLouisCPhT » Thu Jul 19, 2018 8:47 am

Due to the copy protection used, side 1 (side a) of Below the Root results in failure when trying to create an image. Side 2 (B) images just fine. The good news is that a nibbled copy of side 1 works fine, but any chance of possibly working on the copy algorithms to add support for this rare classic?

I can always send my original disk, if you don't have a copy of it.. but I might have to hand deliver it rather than risk damage or losing it through the mail or ups/fedex.

Sorry, probably not. Copying copy protected disks is an issue for us, at least in part because Dave L is an Apple employee and he has contributed heavily to the project's firmware.
