Hi Philip! Great idea!

Did you ever finish compiling the image? I'm looking to load up a CF card once and for all and to hopefully never need to attach a computer to the replica 1 again, heh.

If you did finish, how large is the file? I currently have a 16 MB CF card, but could probably find a 32 MB card if necessary.
